The job is to analyze data sets for customer segmentation.
I have a an excel sheet with data collected from a survey. I need to break down the data in JMP to make a segmentation analysis. I hope you are the right person!
For your information: The challenge or problem** of the assignment is how can the bank called "Sbanken" bring in more customers. With the information aquired I hope you can help.
I have sampled the data in an Excel file, but it has not been systematically put in order for JMP.
• Requirements for quantitative analyses:
- Must be done in JMP
- Descriptive statistics
-Clustering analysis or factor analysis
- Regression analysis
- In addition to the analysis techniques that the problem requires.** This can be Chi-squared, T-test, Cronbach’s a etc..

- Make a conclusion with an interpretation of the results from the grouping analysis and from the regression analysis
