HSSE Specialist for Power BI Dashboard

I am seeking a skilled HSSE specialist with solid Power BI experience to help me build a comprehensive dashboard for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- The dashboard should showcase three main KPIs: Incident Rate, Audit Findings, and Training Compliance.
- You will need to draw data from three primary sources: Incident reports, Audit reports, and Training records.
- Your tasks will involve calculating and presenting specific metrics for each KPI. These metrics include the Total number of incidents, Incident severity level, Number of audit findings, and Training completion rate.
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE).
- Proficiency in Power BI to design effective and visually appealing dashboards.
- Strong analytical and data handling skills.
- Previous experience in developing KPIs and dealing with incident reports, audit reports, and training records would be a plus.
