Gaussian Histogram

I am looking for a freelancer who specializes in statistical analysis to create a Gaussian Histogram for my project. The histogram should be able to plot continuous data. The number of bins for the histogram can be any amount, depending on what the freelancer recommends.
I already have a histogram but when I change the range and no" of bins, it is no longer gaussian.
