Factor Analysis Expert Needed

I need a professional who can conduct Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis on my survey data with over 30 variables. The ideal freelancer should not only run these analyses but also write about them in a clear and insightful manner.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in statistical software for conducting EFA and CFA
- Experience with survey data
- Strong writing skills with ability to explain complex analyses in simple terms
