I'm seeking a seasoned Data Analyst and Dashboard Developer to dissect our employee survey data and create an engaging, interactive Power BI dashboard.
The project entails:
- Analyzing demographic data and producing summary statistics.
- Breaking down results at varying levels: dimension, sub-dimension, and question.
- Summarizing employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) scores.
- Identifying patterns in qualitative feedback.
- Constructing a dashboard with interactive filters based on demographics and trends.
As for the dashboard design, I prefer:
- Bar charts
- Pie charts
- Heatmaps
Ultimately, I need a dashboard that's not just informative, but also user-friendly and capable of delivering actionable insights.
Ideal candidates should have:
