Employee Engagement Survey Analysis

We have completed an employee engagement survey. We would like the results for this analyzed independently by a proficient statistician, to understand favorable/unfavorable results to questions. We would like a mixture of qualitative and quantitative analysis so English language proficiency must be strong. Eg. Identifying key strengths and opportunities, common themes. Background in marketing or HR could be beneficial. A more comprehensive brief will be provided to those who apply.
