Econometrics work

I need someone who is well versed with Econometrics and the Mathematics involved with it such as statistics and probability. Somebody who has mastered topics such as Sampling, hypothesis testing, causality, regression etc. I just need someone who can solve theoretical questions on paper based on these topics.
