Devise a rating system -- 2

We have data including expected outcome in three categories. What we are lacking is a rating system to see where someone is over performing or under performing. If you can help with this then please bid and we can discuss further. We did look into ELO ratings but feel like that might not be appropriate for this project. We also looked at Glicko but again we are not convinced that it is the best rating system given the data we have.
