Develop a Precise Model for Pancakeswap Prediction Game

PancakeSwap has a prediction API that lets users test their foresight to earn rewards, using their market knowledge or gut feeling to predict if the BNB/USD or CAKE/USD price will go up or down in the near future.

What I need is code that can correctly predict at least 75% of the rounds, attempt to call "Bet Bull" or "Bet Bear" on the PancakeSwap's Prediction V2 smart contract address and then claim the prize afterwards. You can achieve that by building your own predictive model.

For example, given the following Excel file as input, I want to know whether round 154130 will be bullish or bearish. Note that the last row in the Excel file doesn't have a closing price because the current round hasn't closed yet.
