Create an Algorithm Scoring System that Measures Social Media Value Across 6 Platforms (Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, etc)

I am looking for a mathematics and research expert who can take estimates from research provided below (plus additional research you find) to determine a formula for an athlete's value and reach based on their social media posts, views, followers, stream time, etc. This will require

1) research (documenting sources) and
2) Formulas (Reach and Value... per platform and combined/overall).based on info that can be pulled from their profiles (views, # of followers, posts, etc)
