Convex Optimisation tutors (PhD level) required

I need an expert to explain to me a paper, which I have, in Convex Optimisation (PhD level). I need to understand the concept of the paper, the mathematical model, analysis, proves and some kind of algorithms used in the paper such as greedy algorithms.
