Convert R code into Stata

I need someone who can perform the following parts:
I have a code in R that needs to be converted into STATA. There are in total 272 lines of code including commented lines. The code is pretty simple, mainly relates to merging and cleaning different datasets. The datasets are huge, thus I upload just a sample of them. Here is an outline:
- pac_organization_linkages_zipfiles (line 29):
Data are in .zip files: cm2010 and cm2012
- cm_header_file.csv (line 41) is provided.
- pacs_link_ciq.csv (line 84) is provided.
- political_campaign_contributions_zipfiles (line 113)
Data are in .zip files: pas2010 and pas2012
- pas2_header_file.csv (line 125) is provided.
Please take a look at R code. What is expected from you:
STATA do.file that fully replicates the R code.
