Compare different studies' Odds Ratios and 95%CI

I have a list of studies each reporting an Odds ratio and a confidence interval. I want to use a statistical test to compare all the studies together and identify the studies with the highest associations.

I would also like a detailed paragraph written about how the test was conducted.

I will provide the excel file with the list of studies after we chat.

This project is really simple but urgent.
