Community Profile & Mental Health Analysis -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Project Overview:
Looking for an experienced data analyst (or public health data specialist) to support the creation of a detailed community profile and mental health snapshot for the region that has 9 suburbs in it.
What we have:
• A compiled dataset covering the overall catchment area and individual suburbs.
• Indicators already identified (included in the files with style reference)
• References and data sources from ABS, PHIDU, AIHW, and other local health assessments.
What we need:
• Create a clear and comprehensive community profile summarising key demographics, social determinants, and risk indicators (graphs)
• Develop a mental health snapshot for the region, highlighting trends, gaps, and priority needs.(graphics)
• Conduct correlation analyses between key indicators (e.g., unemployment rate vs. mental health admissions, CALD population vs. service use, etc.).
• Provide an interpretation of findings with practical, plain-language summaries to guide community planning and service design.
Key deliverables:
• Cleaned and finalised dataset (Excel or CSV).
• Community profile one page of summarized graphs
• Mental health snapshot report (including graphs and tables). One page
• Correlation analysis summary (with clear interpretation of significance and implications).
• Visual assets (Power BI dashboards or static charts) for reporting.
