Calculating static of frame
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Hello,
we need for the frame you see a static.
What you have to know:
- we will store scaffolding material there (like steel boards as in the picture ending: 121046)
- we will store on the top of the frame (see orange) the steel boards max 108 pieces which has a total weight of approximatly 2052 kg (see picture with ending 121438 )
- under the orange line I have marked we will store scaffolding steel pipes with has a max 750 kg
- the steel we used is 40x30x2
My question is:
- Is this enough or should we use a steel which is thicker.
- You have to know that the material on this frame will be transported with the crane to the top of the bulding. So it must be a safe frame.
Thank you
If this need to be changed:
- What changes need to be done
- Can you provide new drawings?
