Calculating proportions of diabetes and medication error rates

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I need to calculate
1) the rate of "good diabetes" days per 100 patient days (with 95%CI)
2)the rate of "good diabetes" days for patients with type 1 diabetes (w/ CI) compared to rate for patients with type 2 diabetes, per 100 patient days (w CI)
3) the rate of "good diabetes" days for patients taking insulin (of any type) compared to patients on non-insulin therapy (diet, etc), per 100 patient days (w CI)
the proportion of medical/medication error rates between 3 groups: Type I and II diabetes, type ii diabetics not on insulin and type II diabetics controlled by diet, Each group could have multiple types of medication errors (count variables).
I will need two bar charts (w CI bars), per the attached sample

I've attached a document of an exemplar article where this was done with a different data set (diff population), and I need a similar sort of output.
