Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Part-Time Biostatistics Tutor who can teach college and university-level students through remote, one-to-one sessions (no batch teaching). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Biostatistics, including the application of computer-based tools and techniques commonly used in data analysis, statistical modeling, and research.
You must have prior experience or sound knowledge in handling individual learners and adapting teaching styles to suit their academic level and learning speed. This role is strictly for candidates who are serious about part-time online tutoring and can commit to delivering quality sessions consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and easy-to-understand lessons in Biostatistics via one-on-one online sessions.
Teach statistical concepts using tools/software such as SPSS, R, Python (for stats), Excel, or others related to the computer field.
Prepare personalized learning plans based on each student's academic goals.
Offer guidance on assignments, research methods, and statistical projects when needed.
Communicate effectively in English and maintain a positive, interactive virtual learning environment.
Requirements:
2–10 years of teaching/tutoring experience (Freshers with strong knowledge and skills are welcome).
Must own a laptop/PC with a stable internet connection (WiFi required).
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
Willingness to teach one-on-one sessions only.
Prior experience in teaching or using computer-based statistical tools is preferred.
