We require stratification of PCR/Antigen test data set by days post-onset of symptoms and Ct value. Clinical data in Excel table attached with published paper methodology.
We require a data table in the form of Table 4 in the attached paper however only the sensitivity and specificity values are required.
As an extension of the table the sensitivity specificity should be calculated for each day of onset of symptoms 1-7
