I am currently writing a thesis about blowflies' attraction to various flower types (different colours and pollen versus no pollen). I have accumulated data over 6 weeks, and documented the flower species, the colour of the flower, if the flower contained pollen or no pollen, the number of the blowflies that landed on the flower, and the colour of the blowflies that landed on the specific flower species of a specific colour. My data contains a lot of zeros, and I cannot run ANOVA. I need help with knowing how to organize my data to run interaction analysis such as interactions between flower species x colour of flower species x colour of blowflies that landed on that flower species x if that flower contained pollen or no pollen.

However, I am not very well versed on how to do that. I have included a screenshot of what my data columns and rows look like. Please help me. This is due in 6 days.
