Beginner Bioinformatics RSEMQ & Deseq2 Tutoring

I'm looking for a knowledgeable and patient tutor to guide me through RSEM count data normalization, quality control check, and differential expression analysis using the Deseq2 package in R.

Key aspects of the project are:

• Personalized tutoring in RSEM count data import using tximport & Deseq2 techniques.
• Ensuring understanding of steps and codes for these processes.
• Focused application for Bioinformatics.

Skills and Experience required:
