Bayesian network in GeNIE format, with attribute influence analysis done in Orange

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a Bayesian network in GeNIE format for predictive modeling. The purpose of this project is to analyze and predict various outcomes based on the provided data.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Bayesian network modeling
- Familiarity with GeNIE format
- Ability to perform attribute influence analysis using Orange

The client has not yet identified any specific variables or attributes for the network, so the freelancer will need to work closely with the client to determine the appropriate variables to include.
