Basic Statistical Analysis of Patient Records

I have a set of patient records in Excel and need a focused statistical analysis. The job is straightforward:
• Clean and organize the spreadsheet so the data is analysis-ready.
• Run descriptive statistics—means, medians, standard deviations, frequencies, and any other basic summaries that spotlight the overall profile of the dataset.
• Apply essential inferential statistics to uncover meaningful differences or relationships; for example, t-tests, χ² tests, or confidence intervals where appropriate.
A concise write-up of findings is required. A short paragraph for each key result plus any supporting charts or pivot tables is plenty; no lengthy report needed. Please keep formulas visible in the workbook so I can trace the calculations later.
