Baseball analytics

I am looking to use publicly available datasets to analyze baseball metrics and statistics to make strategic decisions for a team. Specifically, I am interested in analyzing hitting statistics. The end goal of this project is to create a predictive model that will inform the decisions taken by the team. The data model should include league standards and other metrics used to evaluate the performance of baseball players. The analysis should be comprehensive, nuanced, and highly accurate. I am looking for someone with experience in baseball analytics and statistics who is capable of creating a robust data-driven model.
