Animal Movement Data Analysis -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a specialist in data analysis with expertise in studying land animals' movement data. The primary objective of this project is to utilize a step selection function to analyze habitat use patterns and do then imply a logRSS and create a graph out of the average logRSS with the standard deviation amongst all animals in the background. I already have the data cleared and a whole code for the SSF but am struggeling with the logRSS and the graph creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Craph of logRSS amongst animals
- Identify errors in existing R Skript
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis and filtering.
- Experience in analyzing land animals' movement data.
- Ability to interpret and present complex data in an understandable way.
Experience with process automation and user interaction is beneficial but not necessary. The goal of this project is to gain insights into land animals' habitat use through meticulous data analysis.
The animal movement data should be provided in Excel format.
