Analysis of logistic regression - 2

I'm looking for an explanation of a logistic regression analysis. Using Stata, I ran a logistic regression, and the results are attached. I used two variables: inflation in Canada (the dependent variable), and the interest rate in Canada (the independent variable). Both were set up using as dummy variables. I was testing to see if an increase in inflation more that 20 basis points (which got a 1, and less got a 0) caused a reduction in the inflation rate (a reduction of more than .2% got a 1, and a reduction of less than .2% got a 0). Each number in the attached regression result should be explained. Needed in 24 hours.
