Analysis of data and report writing

I have the data that has been collected for a research project. I need somebody to look at the data , suggest possible statistical analysis that can be done, and to write the methodology and interpretation of the results in report form for a scientific article

The data needs to be analysed and presented. Input regarding possible models/clusters would be appreciated
