Excel Patient Data Statistics

I have a set of patient records that needs a clear, well-structured statistical overview in Excel. The goal is strictly descriptive:
• Mean and median for each relevant numeric field
• Frequency distribution of key categorical variables
I will supply the raw spreadsheet (anonymised). I’d like you to organise the data, perform the calculations using standard Excel functions or PivotTables, and present the results in an easy-to-read summary sheet with any helpful charts. Please keep formulas visible so I can audit or update later.
Accuracy and respect for medical confidentiality are critical; no data may leave our shared workspace without explicit permission. Once the summary sheet looks right and I’ve verified a few spot-checks, the project is complete.
