Build me a model of renewable resource value to landowners

I would like a model that combines wind capability, solar capability, farm land prices, proximity to and size of population centers. Would be nice if there is a way to factor in existing renewable farms as well.

The goal is to identify low cost farm land, with high renewable potential.
