I need a freelancer to conduct statistical analysis with a dataset that I already have. I need descriptive statistics to be conducted using Microsoft Excel. The freelancer should be able to provide me with various statistical outputs such as averages, frequencies, tables, plots, etc. in order to analyze the data. The analysis should include understanding of variance, correlation, hypothesis testing, etc. Standard errors and confidence intervals must be calculated. -There will be 2 groups: With proctoring (one assistant operating and Emmanuel assisting/leading) vs. without proctoring (Emmanuel operating).
-For each group, there will be 3 subgroups to compare the 2 groups.
The idea is to have 2 groups: With Proctoring (Surgery performed by the assistant) vs Without Proctoring (Surgery performed entirely by the referring surgeon)
Population characteristics: history, age, sex, BMI, center, ultrasound characteristics, etc.
The primary endpoint was postoperative morbidity and mortality.
Outcomes: duration of CEC, duration of clamping, failed plasty, leakage at discharge, reintervention, mortality at 1M 6M 1A...
-Primary outcome was a composite criterion of mortality (30 days and 1 year), reoperation, aortic valve leak >2, aortic valve leak >3.
-Secondary outcomes included: CEC time, clamping time, perioperative major bleeding.
-Population characteristics: the 2 groups should be comparable. Criteria: Age, sex, BMI, history, ultrasound criteria, valve type (tricuspid, bicuspid, unicuspid)...
