I need a statistics expert for academic research

In our dataset, for each activity, each host country k appears 30 times (for each company) and each company i appears 58 times (for each host country). Thus, we have clustered data. Clustered data violate the assumption of IID (independent and identically distributed) unobserved factors (or error terms). Therefore, to model the utility, a logit model cannot be applied because the data analysis has to account for the potential correlations within the decision. Following the approach of Defever (2006) and Enright (2009), a mixed logit model should be used.

I need 1. someone to check the correctness of the approach; 2. to help me estimate the model in stata.
