I need a statistician consult

I'm a DNP student preparing for my change project, the actual project won't take place until the summer, the application and prework must be submitted now, so as of today, I just need a consult. The project is to improve nursing communication scores as evidenced by the Press Ganey HCAHPS scores. There are 3 specific nurse communication questions. I'm implementing a bedside shift report to try and improve these 3 specific communication scores. It's simply a before and after intervention comparison.
