need an experienced biostatistician to help a bootstrap statistical analysis for a clinical study

Calculate "Clinical Agreement” with reporting the two-sided 95% confidence intervals. Please note that appropriate statistical methods ( bootstrap) should be used to account for the correlation of multiple samples collected within the same subject when calculating the 95% CIs. Consider using the “patient #” as the resampling unit for bootstrap analysis. This information is requested to assess the safety and effectiveness of the device.
