categorize the attributes using regression and other data mining techniques according to kano categories but not using kano model
select the approach mentioned in the paper called ( novel approach )and apply it in my data set .
the dataset has two file which result of tow questioners. one satisfaction questioner and other is kano model questioner
first file this is the questioner i did . i asked student about their level of satisfaction about 37 services ( answer from 1 to 5 ) services include ( dorm , lab, transport ...etc )
only the first question is 0 and 1 because it is about male and female last question is 38 is about their whole level of satisfaction about the study at the university
the second file is kano questioner result so after we finish our expermintes we can compare with kano catogrization
the same student i asked them about what they think about kano category of each service ( must be, one dimension , attractive, indifferent , reverse ) ( 1 to 5 ) and the last question is overall satisfaction
so now i have categorized the attributes according to kano because based in the majority answer i diced which category each service belongs too
