data analyst

My project is looking to hire a data analyst to focus on researching and analyzing data sources. The ideal analyst needs to be experienced in working with both quantitative, qualitative and mixed data. A specific requirement for data sources must be met and insights or trends must be identified. Knowing how to put the pieces together to come up with creative solutions to complex challenges is also key. The successful candidate will not only be able to produce accurate quantitative conclusions, but also be able to present their results in clear, concise and meaningful reports. They will be able to go beyond the numbers and identify relationships between variables that lead to useful insights.
