data analysis and exploration for retail data

I am looking for a data analyst who can help me analyze and explore my retail customer data. Specifically, I have more than 3 years of customer data that I need analyzed. The primary goal of this analysis is to identify customer segments and predict customer behavior. To do this, I need a data modeling expert who can create a design model for facts and dimensions.
