analyze survey data and develop a report

I am looking for help to analyze survey data and develop a report that will identify trends and patterns in the results. The survey data is medium-sized, with around 500-1000 responses. The person I am looking for must have experience working with survey data analysis and be knowledgeable about software and methods of analysis. This could include Excel, SPSS or R programming. The report should provide valuable insights, enabling me to make data-driven decisions.
