Thai Tourism Data Analysis & Visualization
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
As the initiator of this project, I am seeking an adept and experienced data analyst to help discover the trends and patterns in Thailand's tourism industry. I have specifically chosen you to:
- Analyze the popularrity of different tourist attractions across provinces and cities
- Understanding tourism spending habits across demographics and across provinces and cities
I’m expecting the data to be visualized in a variety of ways:
- Through informative graphs and charts
- Interactive maps showing tourist hotspots
- Heatmaps to display density of tourism activity
- Using regression analysis and time series models
The ultimate aim of this project is to identify which regions are worth for opening new store based on the analytical trends and patterns that can provide insights into Thailand’s tourism sector.
Ideal skills for this job would be data analytics, proficiency in data visualization tools, and previous experience in the tourism industry, these skills will be highly valued. Also, statistical knowledge especially in regression analysis and time series model will greatly benefit the project outcome.
