Survey Data Psychometrician

I am in need of a skilled psychometrician who can handle tasks related to survey data. The perfect candidate should be proficient in the following areas:

- Data Analysis: Manage and analyze large sets of data effectively, helping us draw meaningful interpretations.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop predictive models and algorithms, providing insights that help steer us in the right direction.
- Experiment Design: Assist in developing robust, scientifically sound experimental designs that can thoroughly communicate our findings.

Mastery in R is a necessity, as this will be the primary language used for the project. Prior experience with psychological survey data will be beneficial. The right candidate should be able to work autonomously and deliver accurate, fact-based results.
