Survey Data Analysis & Report Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for a skilled data analyst and presentation designer to compile and present survey results from a recent study we conducted on behalf of a client. The study was small and only included about 40 responses. The goal of the study is to assess the market readiness of potential suppliers in adopting sustainable transport solutions, which will inform future procurement requirements.
The project involves:
Analyzing survey responses from a structured questionnaire regarding transport usage, fuel types, challenges, and attitudes toward sustain
ability requirements.
Creating data visualizations (graphs, charts, tables) to highlight key insights.
Summarizing findings into a professional, well-structured PowerPoint or PDF presentation.
Providing key takeaways & recommendations based on the data.
? All work should be done in English. We will later translate the presentation into Swedish for final use.
Project Scope & Deliverables
1. Data Analysis
Process and clean survey data from CSV/PDF files (provided).
Identify trends and key insights, including:
Types of vehicles used in operations.
Preferred fuel sources.
Readiness to transition to fossil-free transport.
Challenges in adopting sustainable solutions.
Attitudes towards sustainability requirements in procurement.
Provide brief statistical analysis where needed.
2. Visualizations & Data Storytelling
Create clear, engaging charts and graphs to illustrate findings.
Suggested formats:
Bar charts & pie charts for fuel types and transport usage.
Heat maps or tables for procurement attitudes.
Comparison charts for industry-specific readiness.
3. PowerPoint Presentation
Professionally designed PowerPoint or PDF summarizing:
Background & objectives of the study.
Key data insights with visualizations.
Summary of industry-specific challenges.
Clear, action-oriented recommendations.
The design should be modern, clean, and visually engaging.
Skills & Experience Required
✅ Data analysis & visualization: Experience in Excel, Python, R, or Power BI.
✅ Presentation design: Strong ability to create professional & visually appealing slides.
✅ Storytelling with data: Ability to turn raw numbers into a clear, compelling narrative.
✅ Strong English skills: The report & presentation will be in English.

? Deadline: We need the final presentation within 2 days of project acceptance.
