Structured Equation Modeling for formative construct project : end to end support

An experienced Statistician/social scientist with doctoral-level experience in the use of SEM for formative construct (second-order level), use of MIMIC model to validate second-order formative construct, model/theory validation, construct development and hypothesis testing is required to guide a delivery through hands-on virtual class, methodological clarification, analysis and documentation of insight.
