For this project, the ideal candidate will work with steel plant data to develop a statistical equation that optimizes the steel production process. This will result in enhanced tensile strength and steel grade.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilize Regression Analysis or Random Forest techniques to connect steel grade, chemical composition, and physical properties
- Prioritize tensile strength and steel grade when seeking optimization
- Ultimately improve the quality and cost efficiency of steel production
Candidates must have a strong background in statistics or mathematics, with proficiency in Regression Analysis or Random Forest. Experience in the steel production industry, specifically knowledge on steel grades and their properties, will be advantageous.
