Statistical modelling using a large dataset

Hi I'm looking for someone with a strong statistics background who can work in building a statistical model by performing things like hypothesis testing etc. in R/ Python over a large dataset (>4.5 GB before preprocessing) and find the appropriate parameters having interaction.
