Statistical evaluation for doctoral projects

My name is Alexander Scholze and I am currently doing my doctorate at UMIT in Tyrol, in the field of health economics. My research project is called "Digital Job Demands" and I am investigating the connection between digitization and psychological stress in the work context of white-collar employees. My research project follows a mixed method approach, i.e. a qualitative preliminary study is followed by a quantitative main study. This provides for an employee survey in companies. The current status is that the survey has already been completed in one company and is currently running in the second.

My supervisor would like the evaluation to include a structural equation model (partial least squares structural equation modeling).
