I am looking for a freelancer who can conduct a statistical analysis for my project on scale validation. I have the dataset. I need someone who is well versed with SEM AND CFA using R language.

Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge and expertise in statistical analysis, specifically in scale validation.
- Proficiency in using statistical software and tools.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data accurately and effectively.

Specific requirements:
- Conduct descriptive statistics to assess the validity and reliability of the scale.
