Statistical analysis

I need statistical analysis for epidemiologic research. I wish to buy a number of hours now and be able to use them in the next six months. The job would include data cleaning and dataset preparation, statistical analysis, display of results in tables and graphs, as well as writing on these methods and results (paper style, doesn't have to be perfectly written, but it has to be accurate). STATA programming language preferred.
