Statistical Analyst & ML Proficient

I'm seeking a proficient statistician and machine learning expert to assist with various data analyses on a small-sized dataset. The project will involve:

- Conducting Linear Regression and Logistic Regression: You should be well-versed in these techniques and able to apply them effectively to our dataset.
- Handling Panel Data: Experience in dealing with panel data is crucial for this task.
- Implementing Machine Learning and DID: A deep understanding and expertise in machine learning algorithms will be key to the project's success.
- Proficiency in SPSS & R: The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with both SPSS and R, as these are the preferred software for our analyses.
