Statistical Analysis: mixed Model anova with 3 time points (repeated measure) and 5 treatments

I require a fast 24 hour turn around statistical analysis of a set of data. 75 Data points at 2 timepoints at 180 at a 3rds time point. The SD's are high with a Coefficient of Variation 30-40 %. Variances are homogenous. I need a mixed model anova and need to factor in the change between the time points from TP1 to TP2 influences the likelyhood of TP3 being higher. So mixed-model ANOVA with the time point as a within-subjects factor, treatment as a between-subjects factor, and number of samples and change between Timepoint 1 and 2 as covariates.
