Statistical Analysis & Visualization of GSE Scale Data

Job ID: 39226329

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I'm looking for a data analyst with strong statistical skills and experience in data visualization. The project involves analyzing General Self-Efficacy (GSE) Scale scores collected from a mentor dyad partnership intervention. The GSE is 10 questions in a 4-point likert scale format. Scores are calculated by finding the sum of the 10. Scores range from 10-40. High scores on the GSE have been associated with better competence and confidence in performing their role.

Key tasks include:
- Analyzing GSE scores pre and post-intervention using t-test and Cronbach’s alpha
- Providing the GSE scores in a CSV format
- Creating visual representations of the data in the form of graphs and charts

Ideal candidates should have:
- Proficiency in statistical analysis
- Experience with the t-test and Cronbach’s alpha
- Excellent skills in data visualization
- Ability to deliver data in a clean, spreadsheet format.

Please note, the higher GSE scores indicate better competence and confidence in performing a role, and we're interested in seeing if there's an association between participants and their confidence post-intervention.
