Stata Expert Needed for Multivariate Analysis

I'm seeking a seasoned professional with substantial experience in Stata and working with large-scale survey datasets, particularly the NSS/HCES, to assist with an academic project.
The primary task involves estimating mistargeting errors in the distribution of Below-Poverty Line (BPL) cards using unit-level data from the HCES 2022–23 survey. The analysis will focus on two Indian states: Gujarat (state code 24) and Arunachal Pradesh (state code 12).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting statistical analysis, specifically multivariate analysis, to evaluate the mistargeting rates of BPL cards.
- Using Stata to manipulate and analyze the large dataset.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Stata and experience working with NSS/HCES datasets.
- Strong background in conducting multivariate analysis.
- Previous experience with academic projects and understanding of BPL card distribution analysis is a plus.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under a strict timeline.
