As the leader of this project, I am in search of a freelancer who is proficient in R. The successful candidate will be asked to conduct a complex regression analysis on three property funds, which have been carefully selected from the last five years. Moreover, the same exercise needs to be repeated on these funds, but with an additional data layer of daily five-year schedules.

Further, the expert is required to match daily share prices to these funds. This task is as crucial as the previous ones, and requires a significant amount of expertise in data analytics using R.
